In week 2 of our Wednesday Wisdom sessions, we covered the redundancy process. This week we’re delving deeper into alternatives to redundancy when you have an employee who is under performing or who doesn’t fit in with the business for some reason.

In these situations, redundancy is not applicable and is a very risky process, so we’ve given you three suggestions for other approaches you can take, the costs involved and the risk factors.
