Our retained HR package includes checking your legal compliance, helping you firefight problems and nurturing your team. We’ll give you as much hand holding as you need to help you make your workplace an awesome place to work. No long tie ins, no limit on the amount of time you use, just simple and proactive advice and support whenever you need it.
2. Ad-hoc services
Got a complex issue that you need help with, a specific HR related project, or does your HR department need some additional support? We even cover maternity leave. Our ad-hoc rates would be ideal for you.
3. Templates services
By law, employees and workers must have a written statement of particulars by day one of their employment. You also need to have written disciplinary and grievance policies. We’ll provide you with customised documents to get you started. We can also provide bespoke employee handbooks, driver handbooks and new starter packs to make sure you remain compliant and have something in place for every eventuality.
