We’ve prevailed at Lancashire Business View’s Red Rose Awards, winning the Customer Service Award.
The Red Rose Awards are held in Blackpool every year, and play out in front of an audience of more than 1,000 business professionals. This 2021 event saw the awards celebrated for the eleventh time!
Businesses from the length and breadth of the county vied for titles across a range of categories, with only the best of the best, as selected by a panel of expert judges, progressing through to the shortlist and a rigorous interview stage before being rewarded for their excellence.

I’m so proud of our team and all we have achieved this year”

As award winners, we collected a trophy specially crafted by trophy partner Pendle Engineering.
This award marks the end to an impressive awards season over the last 12 months for us – we’ve taken home a BIBA Employee Hero Award (Claire Thwaite), the Freshie HR Hero Award (Lisa Sourbutts), a BIBA for best Service Business, a HIVE Award for Best Micro Business, Best New Recruit at the NWEEG Awards (Stuart Wright), a Northern Enterprise Award for Best HR Support and Employment Law Specialist and finally the Red Rose Customer Service Award.
