CUBE HR provide HR support to clients with a variety of staffing levels and across different industries. We become part of the team for our clients, we keep our advice simple and work proactively on the employee journey.
You will need to have CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent), proven HR generalist experience, the ability to communicate succinctly with a range of clients from different environments, and excellent time management skills
The role will include building lasting relationships with clients, delivering exceptional service through expert advice and support, bringing new thinking to clients to improve on their employees’ journey, and solving complex HR problems, whilst contributing to the growth of the business.
In return for your hard work and dedication, you can expect full time hours (with the flexibility to manage your own time and work from home if you want, although you’ll be required to attend the office in Burnley 2 days a week) a salary of £30,000 per annum, your birthday off, days out and the opportunity to work in a supportive environment and develop yourself.

We’re offering an exciting opportunity for someone to start a career in our busy office, gaining valuable working experiences and a Level 3 NVQ qualification.
You’ll be a key part of our team so you need to be comfortable working with a team, but also individually. You’ll also need excellent communication skills, be able to manage your time well and have experience using Microsoft Office and social media.
Our team are passionate about HR and delivering the best possible experience to our clients, so we need you to share our positive attitude and be willing to learn.
There’s opportunity for progression into other qualifications within either admin or HR.
Your main duties would be:
- Keeping our CRM up to date and tidy
- Updating our policies and templates
- Creating handbooks and contracts for clients (with the help of our HR consultants)
- Maintaining social media for us
- Keeping our website blogs up to date
- Co-ordinating mailshots, newsletters and mailing lists
- Keeping our procedures manual current
- Assisting our HR team with any other relevant admin processes
- Suggesting ways to improve our team and client experiences
We need someone full time, Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm (although we are quite flexible). Initial rate of pay will be £5 per hour.
